URL FINANCE is an AMFI Registered Mutual Fund Distributor (ARN-256209) and an APMI Registered PMS Distributor (APRN01568). We facilitate distribution of mutual fund schemes ( Including Specialized Investment Funds (SIFs).), Portfolio Management Service (PMS) products and Alternative investment funds (AIF’s) offered by SEBI-registered Asset Management Companies and Portfolio Managers respectively. We are NOT a SEBI Registered Investment Adviser under the SEBI (Investment Advisers) Regulations, 2013. We do not provide personalized investment advice, financial planning, or portfolio management services. Any information or assistance provided is in our capacity as a distributor and should not be construed as investment advice.
3. No Assured Returns and Risk Factors
All investments including PMS, AIF’s, Mutual Funds and Securities are subject to market risk and other risks and there is no assurance or guarantee that the objectives of the Fund Manager / Portfolio Manager / Investment Manager / Individual Schemes will be achieved. Investors are informed to read and understand the Individual Instruments, study the Scheme Information document, Private Placement Memorandum, Offer and disclosure and related document, disclaimers and consult their financial advisor before acting or investing in it. 4. Commission & Compensation
URL FINANCE receives commissions (upfront, trail, or otherwise) / distribution fees from Asset Management Companies (AMCs), Fund Management houses / Portfolio Managers, companies, etc. with whom we have partnership and empanelled with, to distribute their products ( Portfolio Management Services (PMS), Alternative investment funds (AIF’s) and Mutual Funds (( MF ) ( Including Specialized Investment Funds (SIFs).) ) In case of PMS and AIF’s the fee charged to the client is disclosed at the time of entering into an agreement to subscribe to these schemes
The commission rates, fees received by us are disclosed on our Commission / Fee Disclosure page.
We do not charge any fees directly to investors for mutual fund distribution services beyond the standard SEBI-prescribed transaction charges (where applicable).
We do not charge any commission / fees directly to investors for Portfolio Management Services (PMS) and Alternative investment funds (AIF’s) distribution services.
